Terms of Service

By accessing or using the YeegemCare website, submitting a sample request, or entering into any business arrangement with YeegemCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and YeegemCare ("we," "us," or "our"), a manufacturer and product development partner specializing in reusable absorbent underwear products.

YeegemCare provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services for reusable care products, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Our services are intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) clients, including brands, importers, distributors, and retailers. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• ✓ You are a registered business entity or acting on behalf of one.
• ✓ You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization.
• ✓ All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
• ✓ Your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

All sample requests and production orders are subject to separate written agreements, purchase orders, or contracts. The following general conditions apply:

All content on the YeegemCare website -- including text, graphics, logos, product designs, technical documentation, and imagery -- is the exclusive property of YeegemCare or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property ownership of custom designs, tooling, and technical specifications will be governed by the terms of the individual production agreement. Client-supplied branding assets remain the property of the Client.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any YeegemCare proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of business discussions, sample development, and production, confidential information may be exchanged. Each party agrees to:

• ✓ Hold the other party's confidential information in strict confidence.
• ✓ Not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
• ✓ Use confidential information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed business relationship.

A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed upon mutual request for projects requiring heightened confidentiality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YeegemCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to YeegemCare in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business information.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

YeegemCare reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• × Violation of these Terms of Service.
• × Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• × Non-payment or breach of a production agreement.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, confidentiality obligations, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

YeegemCare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we may provide additional notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
