What is your MOQ?
Our standard production MOQ is typically 2,000 pcs per style/color. Smaller pilot quantities may be discussed for suitable development programs, depending on product type, materials and production scheduling.
How long does sampling and production take?
Typical sample development takes 7–15 working days, depending on the product, materials and customization requirements. Typical bulk production takes approximately 30–35 working days for period underwear and reusable pads, and 45–50 working days for adult incontinence underwear, after sample approval and deposit receipt. Final timing is confirmed according to the specific project requirements.
Are samples charged?
Yes. Sample and development fees are confirmed based on the selected style and customization requirements. For qualifying production orders with an order value of USD 3,000 or more, eligible sample fees may be credited toward the order.
Do you support private label and custom development?
Yes. We support logo customization, private label, custom fabrics, colors, sizing, patterns, prints and packaging. Some customization options are subject to project-specific MOQ requirements.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Mutual NDA arrangements are available for confidential development projects before detailed designs, technical specifications or proprietary files are exchanged.
